  • You can make a refund or exchange request within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

  • For international orders, exchanges are allowed only for incorrect or faulty items.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchanges unless an incorrect order is delivered.

  • Exchange is only possible if the wrong or faulty item is delivered.
  • No refund & exchange on sale items

  • Once shipped, the exchange policy applies.
